? Molecular sieve dehydration is to use porous molecular sieve solid adsorbent (silica gel and activated alumina adsorbent can also be selected) to remove water from natural gas, so as to purify gas and reduce water dew point. It is especially suitable for the occasions where the water dew point drop of natural gas condensate (NGL) recovery, natural gas liquefaction (LNG), compressed natural gas (CNG) and other devices requires large requirements and deep dehydration.
? The device consists of molecular sieve absorption tower, pre coalescing filter separator, post dust removal filter, regeneration gas heating furnace or heat exchanger, regeneration gas air cooler, regeneration gas-liquid separator, automatic switching valve group, etc. Natural gas enters from the top of the dehydration tower and completes the Adsorption Dehydration Process in the molecular sieve dehydration tower from top to bottom. After a certain period of time, dry gas heated to 230~260 ℃ is used to purge the molecular sieve bed from bottom to top. The water adsorbed by the molecular sieve is desorbed by high temperature heating, and the molecular sieve is regenerated. The system can be configured with a dual tower process of one tower adsorption and one tower regeneration, or a three tower process of one tower adsorption, one tower regeneration and one tower cooling.
