?In order to fully develop small marginal oil fields, reduce engineering costs and improve engineering benefits, a new development mode - a single column mooring + small FPSO is proposed. By simplifying the platform design, the total cost of drilling, workover, construction, installation, production, operation and maintenance in the whole life cycle is reduced to realize the economic development of such small marginal oil fields;
?The single column mooring system is connected with FPSO floating oil storage vessel through mild steel arm. The ship can rotate around the single column mooring system under the action of wind, wave and ocean current. Based on the principle of direction marker, the mooring force of this oil storage vessel is always kept to a minimum. At the same time, the electric slip ring and liquid slip ring are integrated to meet the transmission of electricity and crude oil in the process of rotation. The turret part mainly bears the mooring force and realizes the integrated installation of electric slip ring and liquid slip ring at the same time. It is mainly used for the development of two kinds of oil fields. First, the development of marginal oil fields, because the conventional production cost is too high, and the original production of marginal oil fields is low. Second, the development of offshore deep-water oil and gas fields must adopt such oil extraction methods;
