Kerui successfully delivered the second set of fracturing unit to CNOOC Energy Development, enabling the efficient development of coalbed methaneIssuing time:2026-05-25 10:25 On20 May, the handover ceremony of the second set of fracturing units for CNOOCEnergy Development Co., Ltd., themed ‘Craftsmanship Forges Excellence, A NewChapter Begins’, was held at Kerui's high-end energy equipment R&D andmanufacturing base.
Atthe site, 14 fracturing rigs slowly rolled out of Kerui, heading for CNOOCEnergy Development’s oil and gas operations sites to support the efficientdevelopment of the nation’s oil and gas resources.
ShanxiProvince is China’s core coalbed methane producing area with prominentstrategic energy status. Its complex geological conditions bring greatexploitation difficulties, making conventional fracturing equipment unable toachieve effective production growth. Targeting operational challenges andproduction bottlenecks, Kerui customized and developed this batch of fracturingunits. Technological upgrades were carried out in intelligent digital control,heavy-load stability and working condition adaptability, precisely meetinglocal high-efficiency CBM fracturing requirements and providing solid supportfor large-scale, efficient and safe regional energy development.
Equippedwith a newgeneration intelligent fracturing control system, the equipmentrealizes accurate pressure control, stable displacement output and intelligentsand ratio adjustment. It supports real-time full-process data monitoring, remote command and intelligent early warning. Adaptable to complex downholeconditions, it cuts manual workload, improves operation continuity and safetystability, achieving intelligent, efficient and fully controllableconstruction.
Thetruck units adopt energyefficient power configuration and optimized energyconsumption structure, with enhanced design of core components. Featuringstrong power, durable heavy-load performance, steady high-pressure output andstrong adaptability to harsh conditions, the equipment satisfies high-intensitylong-cycle operations, resolving insufficient stability and unstable productionissues of traditional fracturing facilities. Atripartite collaboration mechanism was applied with full-process clientsupervision and joint multi-party quality inspection. Strict checks throughoutR&D, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning ensure the equipment fitscomplex working conditions and construction demands, helping raise on-siteproduction and operational efficiency. |
